the art of jewelry making
My interest in jewelry making came from the need to find, simple, light, wearable, but inspired jewelry that I could still wear during yoga.
This evolved into creating designs for all occasions, from everyday to special events. Feminine lines and elegant design became the hallmark of Pearl & Stone.
MY INSPIRATION
Each piece is inspired by elements; earth, water, fire, and air. Patterns in nature, from the soft curve of a flower petal to the sparkle of sunlit waves, are reflected throughout each design.

QUALITY MATTERS
Sarah works with a variety of materials, focusing primarily on precious and semi-precious gemstones and freshwater pearls. Her jewelry often features delicate aquamarine beads, faceted quartz crystal teardrops, and radiant gems like citrine and amethyst. These are paired with rich stones such as garnet, turquoise, and lapis lazuli. Hand-forged metalwork is done in 14k gold fill or sterling silver fill wire.
Each piece is uniquely designed and meticulously handcrafted. Gemstones are carefully selected for color, shape, cut, finish, balance, and proportion, with no detail overlooked. Aesthetics and durability are key considerations in the design process, and metalwork is tumbled for strength and shine. Since every stone is unique and everything is crafted individually, each piece is truly one of a kind.
