Inspired by movement and dance, she likes to build her classes slowly, and intuitively, emphasizing breath and flow. She enjoys exploring smooth, fluid sequences that work with, rather than against the body’s natural movements. Balancing strength with grace, and power with softness, allows her to create classes that are physically challenging, mentally relaxing, and spiritually uplifting.
Sarah completed her 200hr RYTT in power vinyasa and began teaching in Southern California. She teaches a wide range of classes including, all levels of vinyasa, flow, power yoga, gentle yoga, and yin.
She is part-time faculty at Northern Arizona University. Sarah teaches yoga classes for their Health Sciences Fitness Department.
